One of the reasons I’m so drawn to music is that it allows me to get out of my body and focus on what’s happening inside my head and heart. My own music is a reflection of myself: how I feel at that given moment and who I am as a person.

Dance is the expression of the soul. I specialize in improvisation as it speaks to my love for self-expression and spontaneity.
